* Added Intel Version: 15.17.19.2869 (8.15.10.2869).
* The Sleep Bug is back but the performance increased a bit in some games:
- I tested this games: PES 2013 (The gameplay was more smooth than before)
They Bleed Pixels (With the V3 version the game was running at 50-75% of Speed -slow motion- now It runs at full speed).

Test other games by yourself.

I asked some people if they want a fixed version of the driver but they said no.

But I'll keep the V3 version for people who use Sleep a lot, and not want to upgrade the driver and keep supporting the V3 (For the first time i'm doing this).

Usage:
1. Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4
2. Uninstall the old driver first, disable Windows Update and Reboot.
3. Install the newer driver versión using "RoyalSetup.exe", activate Windows Update and Reboot.
